Introduction and company history

Fusion Beauty was created by Randi Shinder(founder and CEO of Fusion Beauty) after many years in the beauty industry. Previous to launching Fusion Beauty in 2005 she launched The Clean fragrance line and other successful beauty brands like Dessert Treats(with Jessica Simpson) and Scentology(a perfume line that promotes positive effects on mood and behaviour).

Her goal with launching Fusion Beauty was to develop products that were high performance and with breakthrough beauty technologies that could be compared to in office procedures like injectables(ex. Botox). With this in mind she launched the first product to Fusion Beauty: Lipfusion Micro-injected collagen lip plump, which resulted with Lipfusion becoming the best selling product at Sephora

The product: Fusion Beauty - Lash fusion XL Micro Technology Instant lash volumizer - Multi tasking mascara

Claim to fame: LashFusion XL™ Micro-Technology Instant Lash Volumizer is a rich, creamy, and volumizing mascara formula that dramatically enhances volume for bigger, bolder, voluptuous lashes in just one stroke! 

How it works:  LashFusion XL borrows the latest technology from the hair care world to nourish, protect and volumize your lashes. A natural emolient resin delivers curving, volume and lengthening while our patented Capisphere delivery system provides a reparative complex to the lash that continues to deliver nutrients even after the mascara is removed.
The result? A volumizing and lengthening mascara that is actually good for your lashes. 
LashFusion XL is ophthalmologist tested, hypoallergenic, fragrance free and safe for sensitive eyes and contact lens wearers. 
Ingredients: Aqua/water, black iron oxide (77499), oryza sativa/rice bran wax, carnuaba/ carnuaba wax, hydrogenated stearyl olive esters, stearic acid, triethanolamine, chrystal flake 700, candelilla cera/candelilla wax, acacia/acacia senegal, vp/va copolymer, phenoxyethanol, polyvinyl alcohol, panthenol, aminomethyl propanediol, methylparaben, ethylparaben, propylparaben, isobutylparaben, polyglyceryl-3 distearate, polysorbate 60, myristic acid, palmitic acid, guar hydroxypropyltrimonium, triticum vulgare (wheat) flour lipids, avocado oil, polyglyceryl-6 polyricinoleate.
Pros: Nice sized brush. Nice black colour.
Cons: This smudges and feels like it never dries. Too creamy of a formula.
The bottom line: Not a favourite of mine. I don't like it all too much.
