Lime Grape: Green and Purple eyeshadow tutorial

R-r-r-rrrrreeeeplay..... Does this look familiar? Well if it does, it's because I posted this look at the end of february.. I received so many compliments on the look and I also saw one of my favourite Youtube Guru's (Petrilude) post a pic of himself with similar makeup not too long after my post and was inspired to do a video tutorial of the look. This has to be one of my favourite colour combinations by far. I personally think it looks great! 
I used a combination of 'unnamed' eyeshadows, Dior and MAC shadows to create this look.
This look would be great for St. Patrick's Day because it has green in it but has a twist to it!

EOTD: Trendy HUMID Sketch

Odd title no? Just some names of the shadows I used....
Good evening all! I wanted to share with you the makeup that I wore today, really quickly... I wore this look to work today. Was really bored all day and wanted to have some fun with my makeup. I just opened my eyeshadow drawer(yes I do have a WHOLE drawer, almost two of eyeshadow) and took out random shadows and came up with this pretty look.

I got many compliments on it..... 
this little girl(like 5 years old) came into my store today and was like "ummm excuse me?"
"yes"
"you're pretty!"
hehe soo cute.... and so many customers and random train riders commented on how nice it looked too..maybe I need to do a tutorial? I used shadows from Lancome, Smashbox, Maybelline and MAC to create this look.

Limited Edition M·A·C POW! Ring

Just wanted to share this ring with everyone, incase you haven't seen it already. I wondered your thoughts on this ring. Incase you didn't know as well it is from MAC and their Wonder woman collection. I have seen many comments about this ring, and a lot of people think it's cheap looking and that it should belong in walmart haha. I personally think it's quite comical and I kinda like it. I don't know how much I would spend on this but I think it would be a cute "conversation starter" accessory.

MAC + Lady Gaga = Heaven

Mother Monster has announced her second collaboration with MAC cosmetics. Lady Gaga will be the 2011 MAC Viva Glam spokesperson. Her 2010 collaboration with Cyndi Lauper helped MAC achieve its most successful year in support of the MAC AIDS Fund.

This visual of Lady Gaga was created by Nick Knight and styled by Nicola Formichetti, to create a pose for her which is not her usual; a real angel.

She is adorned with pearls and diamonds in her hands and her makeup is of a smokey eye with a matching nude lip. And of course her platinum blonde hair.

Last Friday to get limited edition Nicki Minaj lipstick from MAC.......

So today is the last day to pick up your Nicki Minaj limited edition lipstick from MAC to celebrate the release of her album Pink Friday. . . did you pick one up? I unfortunately missed the bandwagon. However I do LOVE the colour! Wish it wasn't limited edition!

Doesn't she look stunning in this Christopher Kane Blue Bell dress? I would totally wear this... .what do you think?

Want to smell like Gaga? ... Lady Gaga makes fragrance deal with Coty!!

One of my favourite artists, Lady Gaga has confirmed today a fragrance deal with Coty. A couple of weeks ago, it was heard that she was secretly(not so secretly) negotiating with Coty. The now Grammy Award winner is said to have her first fragrance launch in early 2012(OH NO! we have to wait that long :(  ). For now we have to be happy with limited edition collections, like her VIVA GLAM collection from MAC cosmetics. Below are her latest addition to the line, limited edition lip shaped bags(in stores now). With all proceeds going to MAC AIDS fund... did you know that Lady Gaga is a spokesperson for it? Are you going to buy her fragrance no matter what it looks like? What do you think it will smell like? What will it look like....... Believe me when Coty has a school around that time... I will be there.. and I will be equipped with a camera for you lovelies!

In case some of you didn't know just wanted to show the new collection hitting MAC in September: MAC Venomous Villains Collection for Disney for Fall 2010

I personally think that this is a great idea for MAC and Disney to team up, however the packaging looks cheap and looks like they took stickers and stuck them on any generic packaging. What do you think? WouLd you buy it regardless?
